creating DAISY format book

as the subject suggest, have anyone have any idea how to creates DAISY format book,s, either from mp3 files or from document file?
i know it can be complecated, but any help or source of resources will be appreciated.

I just got information on Daisy and was told to start by checking the Daisy Pipleine
http://www.daisy.org/projects/pipeline/ 
This is freeware that isused to create Daisy format files.
I have yet to test it as I just got the info last night, will let you know how it works or vice versa.
